Position: Company Secretary – Accounts & Finance with Supply Chain Finance CoLocation: Gandhinagar, GujaratExperience: 7-10 yrsWork Mode: WFOJob Description: This is an on-roll, office-based role that combines Company Secretarial responsibilities with core Accounting and Finance operations. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory compliance and corporate governance while contributing to the financial health and statutory compliance of the organization. Key Responsibilities: I. Company Secretarial Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.
- Organize Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and AGMs including drafting of notices, agenda, resolutions, and minutes.
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filing with ROC/MCA.
- Track legal and regulatory changes relevant to the company.
- Handle communication with Board
Members, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Review, draft, and manage legal contracts and company agreements.
II. Accounts & Finance Responsibilities
- Maintain and finalize books of accounts on a timely basis.
- Reconcile ledgers and coordinate with clients and vendors for confirmations.
- Prepare bank reconciliations daily and generate financial statements quarterly/annually.
- Ensure compliance with IND AS and accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly cash flow statements and MIS reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, and coordinate vendor empanelment.
- Handle compliance and filing for TDS, GST, and Professional Tax.
- Prepare 15CA/15CB documentation for foreign remittances.
- Work with consultants for accurate filing of TDS, GST, and SEZ-related data.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) and CA Inter.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Company Law and Finance/Accounts functions.
- Familiarity with SEZ compliance and financial regulations.
- Strong accounting and compliance background, including hands-on experience with statutory returns.
- Proficient in MS Office and tally prime accounting software.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent in written and verbal communication.
