Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee the end-to-end execution of a Sales Lounge Development Project. The role involves coordinating with vendors, supervising on-site work, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met, and delivering the project within the stipulated schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily on-site construction and interior fit-out activities for the sales lounge.
  • Ensure that all work is executed as per the approved drawings, design, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and procurement teams for timely material delivery and execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Prepare and maintain daily site reports, work progress summaries, and photo documentation.
  • Support in managing budgets, material consumption, and labour utilization.
  • Highlight any site challenges or delays proactively and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure smooth handover of the completed lounge within project timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management.
  • 3-5 years of on-site experience in interior fit-outs, retail setups, or real estate experience centers.
  • Strong understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
  • Excellent coordination and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of working with minimal supervision
