**Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled **Civil Site Engineer** with 2–3 years of experience to oversee construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to design specifications and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site. * Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to meet project deadlines. * Check levels, layouts, formwork, reinforcement, and concrete work. * Maintain records of daily progress reports, site inspections, and material usage. * Assist in planning and scheduling of site activities. * Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers to ensure smooth execution. * Ensure proper quality control and adherence to safety protocols. * Report any issues, delays, or risks to the Project Engineer/Manager. **Qualifications and Skills:** * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * 2–3 years of relevant site execution experience in building/infrastructure projects. * Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures. * Proficient in reading and interpreting civil drawings. * Basic knowledge of **AutoCAD** and **MS Office**. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle site challenges effectively. **Additional Requirements:** * Willingness to work at project sites. * Strong problem-solving and team coordination abilities. * Knowledge of quality and safety standards is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
