Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Site Engineer specifically for renovation and retrofit projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on execution knowledge and the ability to manage labour teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site execution for renovation works.
- Strong knowledge of tile laying, electrical execution, plumbing works, carpentry coordination, and finishing activities.
- Ensure quality of materials and workmanship as per standards.
- Coordinate with labour contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor site progress and report daily updates.
- Ensure safety, timelines, and project accuracy.
- Handle on-site problem-solving and decision-making during execution.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in renovation/fit-out projects.
- Strong technical understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing, and interior execution.
- Ability to supervise labour and maintain discipline at site.
- Good communication skills; Kannada speaking is mandatory.
- Must be proactive, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks at site.
