Job Description:
ARC Global, a leading organization in the student motorsports and engineering segment, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads, collecting data from institutes, connecting with clients, and managing our social media presence to create new opportunities and assess market feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Data Collection:
- Identify and generate leads from institutes active in student motorsports and engineering.
- Collect and maintain comprehensive data of these institutes to build a strong database.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends.
Client Engagement:
- Connect with clients, including educational institutes and industry partners, to understand their needs and how ARC Global can support their goals.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with the Founder to discuss potential collaborations and partnerships.
- Follow up with clients post-meetings to maintain relationships and move opportunities forward.
Social Media Management:
- Manage ARC Global's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to enhance our online presence.
- Create and share engaging content to attract and retain followers and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make improvements.
Market Feasibility and Analysis:
- Assess market feasibility patterns to identify new opportunities for ARC Global.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to support business development strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market conditions, trends, and potential areas for growth.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, progress, and results to the Founder.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth strategy of ARC Global.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the student motorsports and engineering segment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategies.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Terms & Conditions
- Probation Period: 6 months with a fixed salary of INR 10,000 per month.
- Post-Probation: Salary will be increased to INR 20,000 per month.
- Incentives: An incentive model is in place during the probation period.
