Role Overview:

We're looking for a proactive and dynamic
Business Development Intern
to support our student outreach, partnerships, and lead generation activities. The intern will work closely with the core team to identify potential clients, build relationships, and contribute to Edsteps' growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential students and institutional partners
  • Support the team in lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining CRM records
  • Participate in client calls, counselling sessions, and events
  • Contribute to business proposals, presentations, and partnership decks
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and outreach activities

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, or education sector
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks
  • Prior internship experience in business development or marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
