We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiter to join our founding team. In this

role, you'll gain valuable experience in the exciting world of recruiting, working directly with

senior candidates and playing a key role in our success.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth candidate research and identify top talent for our tech clients.

Source and screen potential candidates through various channels.

Manage the interview process, schedule interviews, and prepare interview materials.

Build strong relationships with candidates and provide exceptional communication

throughout the hiring process.

Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining positive client relationships.

Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in tech recruiting.

Qualifications:

Strong interest in recruiting and a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with senior-level candidates.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

A keen interest in technology and the tech industry is a plus.
