Key Responsibilities
Sales and Revenue Generation
Drive sales growth and achieve targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for cattle feed and healthcare products.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet business objectives.
Ensure team alignment with organizational goals and provide regular feedback.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary doctors, distributors, and retailers.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure customer satisfaction and address grievances.
Market Development
Identify new markets and business opportunities within the cattle division.
Implement marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and demand.
Reporting and Coordination
Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth product supply and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the cattle feed or healthcare industry.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
