About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Sales Counsellor
to join our Inside sales team. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them towards the right learning programs. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process - from lead generation and counselling to conversion — ensuring a positive and high-quality learner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Understand learner profiles, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable courses and programs.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Build strong relationships with learners to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
  • Stay updated on EdTech products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Conduct virtual or in-person counselling sessions as required.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi and any regional languages).
  • Empathetic, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Goal-driven with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and online communication tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
  • 2 - 10 years of experience in inside sales, tele-counselling, or B2C sales (Only in EdTech).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Online UG/ PG admission experience is non-negotiable.
