Job Description:
We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition for a well-known brand. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring, managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
This is an urgent opening, and candidates who can join early will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
Understand manpower requirements from stakeholders and close positions within TAT
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Manage offer rollout, salary negotiations, and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment MIS and reports
Ensure a smooth candidate experience and employer branding
Coordinate with onboarding and HR operations teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4–6 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of hiring metrics and recruitment lifecycle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with ATS (Keka preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
