Role and Responsibilities: The CCTV Surveillance Executive will work in a central control room, monitoring and controlling a bank of screens linked to surveillance cameras placed in retail stores. Responsibilities include:
- Sitting in front of screens, constantly monitoring live pictures and footage from surveillance cameras
- Operating the position of the cameras to focus on specific areas or individuals
- Monitoring and identifying anyone acting suspiciously
- Alerting security staff or police in case of theft, vandalism, or any other criminal activity
- Keeping a log of customer count visiting stores every day
- Maintaining frequent contact with all departments to present reports
Candidate Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have passed 12th grade and possess preferred experience in Video Management System.
