Responsibilities
Validate Core Metrics by monitoring the accuracy of LTV model and flag discrepancies
Build Dashboards which enable the UA/product team to improve campaign spend and see LTV of user cohorts
- Design, launch & analyze new user retention tests
Key Competencies
Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and actionable insights related to user acquisition performance.
Attribution & Funnel Understanding: Familiarity with mobile attribution platforms (e.g., Appsflyer) and user funnel metrics such as installs, registrations, retention, and LTV.
Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Attention to detail and precision in validating core business metrics across platforms, ensuring ≤2% discrepancy in critical KPIs.
Dash boarding & Automation: Experience building dashboards and automating alerts using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or SQL-based reporting frameworks.
Cohort & ROI Analysis: Capability to segment users by acquisition source and behavior, assess retention patterns, and recommend high-ROI optimization hypotheses.
Experience
Education: Currently enrolled in a related degree program at an accredited college or university.
Familiarity with SQL: Prior projects or coursework involving SQL , Excel etc
Statistical experience : Experience or coursework related to stats/ data analytics is a plue.
Academic or Coop Achievements: Achievements from previous internships, Coop experiences, or academic recognitions that highlight their technical capabilities and growth mindset. Participation/achievement in Hackathons is a plus.
