Associate Director

We are seeking a Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Digital Analytics to lead our Digital Analytics Practice. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with business acumen to build and scale analytics capabilities, strengthen client partnerships, and drive practice growth. This role requires hands-on proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Power BI, Azure Databricks (Python/PySpark, SQL), and GCP BigQuery, along with leadership experience in managing delivery teams, developing frameworks, and supporting account farming in a dynamic retail/e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities: Lead the Digital Analytics Practice, delivery standards and innovation roadmap for clients. Define and standardize frameworks for analytics implementation, data quality, and reporting governance. Partner with sales and account teams to support farming and renewals by identifying new solution opportunities. Develop best practices, training programs, and reusable assets to strengthen internal capability maturity. Lead the governance of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) implementation and data accuracy across web and mobile ecosystems. Design and customize GA4 dashboards and reports, integrating multiple data sources for unified performance insights. Connect GA4 to BigQuery and Databricks for advanced funnel, engagement, and cohort analyses. Lead to build and maintain Power BI dashboards to deliver real-time, actionable insights to business stakeholders. Develop robust data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations in Power BI. Integrate BigQuery datasets with Power BI for seamless cloud-based reporting. Design, develop, and optimize PySpark notebooks in Azure Databricks for large-scale data processing.Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from GA4, CRM, transaction systems, and other enterprise sources. Optimize advanced SQL queries for both Databricks SQL and GCP BigQuery environments. Collaborate with business, marketing, and data science teams to translate digital data into actionable strategies. Collaborate with client leadership to identify and deliver high-impact analytics use cases. Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and governance of all digital analytics engagements.

Desired Skills and Experience: Must Have:12+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, BI or data engineering, ideally in the retail/e-commerce domain. Deep expertise in Google Analytics 4, Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and visualization).Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Python/PySpark, and SQL. Strong programming and analytical skills in Python/PySpark within Azure Databricks. Proficiency in SQL across Databricks SQL and GCP BigQuery. Proven experience in leading analytics teams, defining best practices, and building reusable frameworks GAIQ Certification (Google Analytics Individual Qualification).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Good to Have: Experience integrating GA4, BigQuery/Azure Databricks, and Power BI for unified analytical reporting. Exposure to CI/CD, version control, and data pipeline automation. Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency. Strong understanding of data governance, tracking validation, and debugging digital data pipelines.
