Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM operations
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as CleverTap/Moengage, Adobe Analytics, and Appsflyer
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large data sets and generate actionable insights
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Marketing Communications:
  • Own and manage the end-to-end marketing communications calendar
  • Track delivery reports and funnel metrics, sharing insights with marketing & category teams
  • Lead CRM initiatives across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and WhatsApp to improve engagement and retention
  • Strategic Content and Campaign Management:
  • Partner with the content team by providing strategic feedback based on campaign learnings
  • Design and execute data-driven, customer segmentation-based campaigns aligned to business goals
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams(data/product/tech) to define cohorts, offers, and campaign briefs for creative and copy
  • Manage large-scale campaign scheduling, including DLT, WhatsApp template approvals, and coordination across teams
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization:
  • Deliver performance analysis and insights to ensure continuous CRM optimization
  • Conduct deep dives into campaign performance to maximize channel effectiveness
  • Run experiments and A/B testing to drive campaign performance improvements
