Key Responsibilities

  • Create and curate engaging medical content for social media platforms, online events, and marketing campaigns, ensuring it aligns with educational goals and enhances user engagement.
  • Identify and develop new content buckets for social media to foster increased interaction and engagement with the medical community, keeping content fresh and relevant.
  • Provide consistent support for all medical-related content, including posts, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
  • Travel across India to collect valuable student feedback, conduct offline medical quizzes, meet faculty members, and participate in medical events to gather insights for improving course offerings.
  • Regularly analyze and benchmark competitor courses, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to enhance our content and product offerings.
  • Identify key pain points and challenges faced by students, using insights to guide the creation of impactful marketing campaigns and content strategies.
  • Collaborate with the content and tech teams to conduct product testing before course launches, gathering feedback to suggest necessary improvements.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings, recommending new features, course improvements, and updated content to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Aggregate market feedback from various marketing channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate this information into actionable product and content enhancements.

Requirements

  • MBBS graduate with a passion for medical education and content strategy.
  • Strong understanding of medical topics and the ability to simplify complex concepts for social and marketing content.
  • Willingness to travel across India to interact with students and gather insights.
  • Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across marketing, content, and tech teams.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Solid writing and editing skills in English.
