The Senior Premier Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in the expansion of our Business Banking portfolio. They will lead the acquisition strategy, foster key client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the Bank's market presence. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong sales track record, and the ability to execute a client acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities
- Devise and implement strategies to identify and onboard high-potential clients for the Bank.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of premier relationships and ensure targeted revenue growth.
- Proactively identify client needs and offer suitable financial solutions, achieving deeper market penetration.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, providing direction and guidance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor movements to refine acquisition strategies.
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in banking.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and managing relationships.
- Excellent networking skills and a strong understanding of the local market.
- Ability to analyze financial data and develop tailored solutions.
- Strong leadership qualities and a proactive approach.
