Actowiz Solutions is a fast-growing tech-driven company specializing in data solutions, automation, and digital transformation. We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and reliable Executive Assistant to VP who can support and streamline the daily responsibilities of our leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholders
  • Manage daily schedules, calendar coordination, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, emails, and other confidential documents
  • Handle travel bookings, meeting logistics, and expense reports
  • Take notes and minutes in meetings, follow up on action items
  • Assist in project coordination and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Support the VP in strategic planning and execution tasks

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Business Administration or any relevant field
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Mature, professional, and reliable personality
  • Comfortable with flexible timings, if required
