Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Jabalpur. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage branch staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include achieving sales targets, developing business strategies, maintaining branch profitability, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The Branch Manager will also handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and build relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
