Job Opportunity: Senior Executive – Accounts

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience Required: 5–7 Years (Accounts & GST Compliance)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Accounts to strengthen our

finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in GST compliance, reconciliation,

audit preparation, and financial reporting, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to

manage complex accounting processes across multiple units and branches.

Key Responsibilities:

GST Compliance & Returns:

  • Preparation & filing of GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, GSTR 9 & 9C for all units (Chhatral, Dehgam,
  • Formal & branches).
  • Reconciliation of GSTR 2B with books in coordination with GST auditors.
  • Sales reconciliation with GST returns and books across all branches.

Financial Reporting & Audit:

  • Preparation of annual audit reports, MIS reports, and formal unit audit
  • documentation.
  • Assistance in statutory, stock, and bank audits (including preparation of required
  • documents).
  • Preparation of stock statements for banks and GST paid reports for CRISIL.

Accounting & Controls:

  • Verification of purchase and expense invoices.
  • Checking and reconciliation of inter-branch balances.
  • Passing salary, prepayment, and closing entries (PF, ESIC, salaries, vouchers, GST,
  • etc.).
  • Recording of fixed assets in FAMS software.

Business Reporting & Analysis:

  • Preparation of brand-wise sales reports and cost vs. revenue reports (in
  • collaboration with HR & sales).
  • Monitoring accounting impact of sales and ensuring accuracy.
  • Preparation of pre-payment charts and other analytical reports for management
  • decision-making.

Team Support & Supervision:

  • Guiding subordinates and resolving queries.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting across all branches and units.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in accounts & GST compliance.
  • Strong working knowledge of GST laws, audits, and reconciliations.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
