Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory regulations.
  • Oversee payables, receivables, reconciliations, and overall cash flow management.
  • Conduct financial risk assessments and provide insights for cost optimization.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Support management in strategic decision-making with financial analysis.

Skills:

  • Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other compliances.
  • Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
