Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Jabalpur, Rewa, Sidhi , Sagar ,Panna and Mandla locations The Sales Officer will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving lead generation activities. Additional responsibilities include executing sales operations, supporting channel sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Expertise in Lead Generation and identifying potential clients
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Knowledge of Sales Operations and executing sales strategies
• Familiarity with Channel Sales and managing distribution networks
• Proactive and target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
