Job Description:The Digital Workplace Practice Head is pivotal in shaping and executing the digital workplace strategy ensuring seamless technology integration to elevate employee experiencesThis role encompasses driving both presales and solutions for digital workplace initiatives and demands a visionary leader with profound knowledge of digital tools collaboration platforms and workplace trendsKey Responsibilities:Formulate and execute a holistic digital workplace strategy that aligns with the company s goalsLead a team of specialists in designing deploying and managing digital workplace solutionsOversee RFP RFI processes and presales activitiesCollaborate with cross functional teams to identify and address digital workplace needs and opportunitiesPromote the adoption of digital workplace solutions to enhance productivity communication and collaborationStay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve the digital workplace environmentTechnical Requirements:Bachelor s degree in information technology Business Administration or a related field Master s degree preferredProven experience in leading and managing digital workplace initiativesStrong knowledge of digital tools collaboration platforms and emerging workplace trendsExcellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneouslyOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teamsAnalytical mindset with the capability to assess and leverage data for continuous improvement of digital workplace solutionsAbility to drive change and foster a culture of innovation within the organizationAdditional Responsibilities:This role involves extensive experience in solution RFP response building proposals and presenting to clientsProficient in end to end solutioning of Digital workplace solution covering all the technologies that touches the end usersExperience in Industry and trend analysis and aligning to future workplace strategyPrimary focus on Modern Management Microsoft Intune SCCM Mobile Device Management DaaS Field Services DEX Print Management Solutions Remote support services M365 services Sharepoint Email Onedrive etcExpertise on DaaS solution covering procurement to device disposal strategiesExperience working with multiple Hardware OEMsExpertise in migration of legacy device management solution to modern management IntuneExpertise in solutioning VDI technologies on prem and cloud based Azure AVD Cloud PC etcExpertise in analysis and solution of Onsite support services field Services operations and various levers employed in reducing the field services effortsExpertise in DeX and overall value propositions leveraging multiple tools used in the industry Nexthink Systrack Aternity etcStrong hands on experience in responding to RFPs and building a proposal that is PPT based or word document basedExpertise in estimating efforts for various digital workplace solutions end to endExpertise in building operating models for deliveryExpertise defining the team and roles required to execute a scope of work from small proposal to large proposalsDevelop tailored solutions that meet specific client requirementsCompetent in Presenting the solution to potential global clientsExcellent written and communication skillsPreferred Skills:Technology->Cloud Platform->Modern Workplace Transformation Services
