Qualification: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: Fresher/ 1-2 Years

Job Location: Bangalore/ Chennai (Should be open to travel interstate)

Language: Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory), Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil is a plus.

1. Facility Management & Maintenance


•Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of office premises, equipment, and infrastructure.


•Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as electricity, water, HVAC, and internet connectivity.

2. Vendor & Service Management


•Coordinate with external vendors for housekeeping, security, cafeteria, transportation, and other facility-related services.


•Monitor and evaluate vendor performance as per agreed SLAs.


•Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of facility-related materials and services.


•Implement and maintain hygiene protocols in line with organizational policies.

3. Health, Safety & Compliance


•Ensure compliance with safety standards, fire safety norms, and statutory requirements.

4. Space Planning & Asset Management


•Keep track of office assets, furniture, and inventory of consumables.


•Coordinate with IT and Admin teams for infrastructure requirements.

5. Employee Support & Office Services


•Handle employee requests related to facilities and resolve issues promptly.


•Ensure smooth operation of meeting rooms, reception, pantry, and other office amenities.

6.Budgeting & Reporting


•Assist in preparing and monitoring facility budgets.


•Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations.

Right Fit:

1. 0-2 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a corporate or EdTech environment.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills

4. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance

5. Vendor and contract management experience 6. Problem-solving and negotiation skills

Working Hours: Full Time shift

Timings: 10am to 7pm
