Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate based in Bengaluru. The associate will be responsible for lead generation, conducting market research, and delivering persuasive presentations. Day-to-day tasks include contacting potential clients, presenting services, and closing deals. Effective communication and collaboration with the internal team are essential.
Qualifications
Lead Generation and Market Research skills
Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver effective Presentations
Strong Communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record in business development or sales is a plus
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Experience in the real estate industry is beneficial
