Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Spoken English & Personality Development Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong command over English communication and a flair for motivating students to develop confidence, fluency, and professional personality traits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive sessions on Spoken English, Communication Skills, and Personality Development.
  • Plan and deliver lessons that help students improve fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
  • Organize group discussions, interviews, and presentation activities to enhance confidence.
  • Guide students in professional etiquette, grooming, and public speaking.
  • Monitor and assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent command over English (spoken and written).
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, patient, and motivational teaching style.
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in English, Communication, or related field preferred.
  • Prior teaching/training experience in Spoken English or Personality Development will be an advantage.
