About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to support our marketing and business growth efforts. This is a junior to mid-level position ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of sales and marketing activities in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients and partners.
  • Qualify leads and support conversion through regular follow-ups.
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media posts.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure consistent brand communication.
  • Track campaign results and prepare performance summaries.
  • Stay updated with market and industry trends, especially in agarwood and luxury fragrance segments.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing basics.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
  • Energetic, go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Prior understanding or keen interest in the agarwood /xachi industry is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales/marketing is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
