Now we need aGTM hacker— someone who can break through the noise, close unconventional deals, and move the revenue needle fast.The RoleYou're not a traditional salesperson.You're agrowth-hacking deal-makerwho thrives in chaos — someone who can design pilots, navigate enterprise procurement, and close six-figure deals using creative models (revenue share, outcome-based pricing, co-sell partnerships).You'll drivefull-cycle sales, from strategy to closure — building a scalable, repeatable GTM motion for Zudu AI across India, SEA, and the U.S.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the GTM and closing motion for Zudu AI — from outbound to signed pilots.Build and execute unconventional growth and sales experiments — pilots, bundles, co-sells, and OEM deals.Design and close enterprise pilot programs with measurable ROI (e.g., reduced call costs, faster response times).Drive channel and CPaaS partnerships (Plivo, Twilio, Pulse, Tata, etc.) for bundled AI offerings.Collaborate with the founder and product team to translate customer pain points into revenue-backed use cases .Build outbound sequences, negotiate commercial models, and close fast — avoiding bureaucratic lag.Create a repeatable playbook for pilots, demos, and conversions.Contribute directly to revenue goals with full accountability for ARR and pipeline.What You Bring5–12 years in enterprise SaaS, CPaaS, or voice tech sales (ex-Twilio, Plivo, Observe.AI, Genesys, or similar preferred).A strong understanding of contact center operations , SIP trunking, concurrency, and per-minute pricing.Proven record of closing >$100K+ ARR deals and converting pilots into long-term contracts.Obsessed with metrics — you measure AHT, ROI, pilot conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.Strategic and creative — you use non-traditional GTM playbooks (revenue share, PoC bundles, quick-start offers).Tech-comfortable: can handle product demos, live call flows, and explain technical value props clearly.You thrive under autonomy, move fast, and don't wait for permission to act.Why Join Zudu AIBe part of a core founding GTM team shaping a category-defining Voice AI platform.Work directly with the Founder/CEO on global growth experiments .High-impact, high-reward role — fast execution, immediate revenue visibility.Open, innovation-driven culture.Competitive base + uncapped commission.
