Job Role : Project Coordinator

Location: Nashik

Reporting To: Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support multiple teams across ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking progress, consolidating updates, coordinating between departments, and ensuring smooth execution of project activities. The Project Coordinator acts as a central point of contact, maintaining clarity, structure, and visibility across all teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Task & Progress Tracking

· Collect regular task and progress updates from all project teams.

· Maintain and update centralized project trackers using tools like Excel, Jira, or Trello.

· Keep status dashboards current to reflect real-time project progress.

  1. Cross-Team Coordination

· Coordinate effectively among development, QA, and design teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.

· Identify inter-team dependencies and potential risks impacting project schedules.

· Communicate issues or delays to respective managers and ensure timely resolution.

  1. Reporting

· Prepare and maintain project progress reports, including task status, timelines, and blockers.

· Share consolidated daily/weekly reports with project and delivery managers.

  1. Meetings & Communication

· Schedule and coordinate meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions.

· Record meeting notes, action items, and circulate summaries to all stakeholders.

· Ensure all team members are informed about priorities, next steps, and deadlines.

  1. Documentation Management

· Maintain organized project documentation such as requirement documents, task lists, change logs, and testing summaries.

· Ensure all files and project artifacts are properly stored in shared repositories for easy access.

  1. Quality & Delivery Support

· Ensure teams follow internal checklists and processes before final delivery.

· Support in tracking issue resolutions, testing outcomes, and delivery package readiness.

· Maintain proper documentation for builds, reports, and credentials.

  1. Administrative Support

· Maintain the resource allocation sheet to track team assignments across projects.

· Monitor resource availability and leave schedules to help managers plan effectively.

· Keep project milestone calendars and timelines updated.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, or related field.

· Up to 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.

· Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Excel, Asana, etc.).

· Strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication.

Preferred:

· Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Experience working with software development or IT service teams.

· Knowledge of reporting and dashboard tools (Power BI, Google Sheets, etc.).

Soft Skills

· Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

· Proactive and detail-oriented approach.

· Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

· Time management and problem-solving skills.

· Professional and clear communication style.
