Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Implementation Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate day-to-day implementation of project activities as per work plan. Ensure activities are carried out in line with donor requirements and organizational policies. 2. Team Coordination Support and coordinate field staff, volunteers, and stakeholders. Organize regular team meetings to monitor progress and address challenges. Ensure proper delegation of tasks and follow-ups. 3. Monitoring & Reporting Track project progress and maintain records of activities. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and donors. Assist in conducting field visits and monitoring project outcomes. 4. Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with local communities, government agencies, and partner organizations. Represent the NGO in meetings, workshops, and events when required. 5. Administrative Support Maintain project files and documentation. Assist in procurement and logistics for project activities. Ensure proper utilization of project funds and resources. 6. Problem-Solving Identify operational challenges and escalate issues for timely solutions. Propose ideas for improving project effectiveness and sustainability.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹47,908.85 per month
