**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1) Preparing a project implementation plan including all the civil, electrical, mechanical, approvals & documentation works involved in the execution of the solar power plants.

2) Collecting, understanding, and analyzing all the drawings of the solar power plants.

3) Estimating & arranging the manpower required for the project and assigning targets to them.

4) Coordination with the Design Team, Purchase & Management for the appointment of I&C Vendors, Procurement, and delivery timelines for materials.

5) Directing the engineers, technicians, and laborers for their daily work, and following up with them for timely completion of work as per planning.

6) Working on daily reporting of the work completion, planning for the next day, and the week ahead. Creation and Presentation of Weekly Project Updates to clients, and the management team.

7) Coordinating with the Legal & Compliance team with the final handover file to clients.

8) Coordination with accounts and clients for Invoicing and payments.

9) Coordination with accounts for booking of travel & accommodation and processing of reimbursements to employees.

10) Reporting and active management of variance in the budget, project timelines, materials, etc Reporting and active management of site issues.

11) Ensuring Quality of work and keeping a project on time and within budget. Identify opportunities to reduce costs and minimize risk. Develop systems to manage safety on site.

12) Ensure optimum efficiency in the implementation of detailed project plans, keeping track of goals, tasks, resources, schedules, costs, and contingencies.

13) Coordinating with the client for site clearance, drawing, and statutory permission approvals;
14) Preparing and submissions of technical, billing & tender documents.

15) Coordinating with the client for billing.

16) Prepare and maintain all the project-related documentation.

17) Analyse market trends, external factors, government policies, and sales statistics; and review the project implementation strategies whenever necessary.

4) Desired Soft skills: English Proficiency (Spoken), English Proficiency (Written), MS-Excel, MS Office.

13) Willingness to travel and stay as per requirement in India and abroad.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
