We are urgently hiring for a experienced project coordinator having expertise & knowledge working on ground level and is capable enough to run the existing projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- You shall assist in over all planning,organizing and execution of the project
- You shall schedule village level meetings as well as do effective mobilisation
- You shall Mobilize,supervise and support all the project staffs for smooth implementation of the project as well as assist in providing data for preparing monthly,quarterly report as per funding partners
- You shall find local trainers,schedule batches,support trainer in all training related activities etc
- You shall conduct village level meetings,workshops,etc and shall have start to end training coordination with internal team & allotted head
- You shall be tracking day-to-day activities & reporting the same to allotted head

**Experience/Requirements**:

- Fieldwork experience
- Training/Education industry experience
- Min 2 years experience in mobilisation & project execution
