**Job Overview**

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. You must have a basic knowledge of web development languages like HTML, CSS, PHP, Platforms & Technologies and more.

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing high-touch service and support
- Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients developing a deep understanding of their business needs
- Identifying and resolving client queries
- Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client details and communications & must know to maintain MOM (minutes of the meeting).
- Escalate and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing clients with relevant information on the products and services offered by the company
- Ensuring to respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development languages
- Experience working in the technology industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & Good listening skills
- Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual
- Ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure.

**Salary**: ₹13,165.57 - ₹37,782.52 per month
