Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in real estate sales, residential sales, luxury sales, HNI sales, property sales, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, including current trends and regulations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.

  • Presentable

  • Own vehicle is mandatory
