Moxi outsourcing is hiring “Senior Sales Associate”

Position Overview -:
We are hiring for international voice process(Australian).
*Industry Type-: (BPO)

*Eligibility-: 0-2yrs experience

*Employeement Type
- Full Time, Permanent, on site.

*Salary-20k-30k

*Shift Timing-: 7 am to 3:30 pm

*Job Location -Block E-57, Noida (PIN CODE-201301)

Senior Sales Associate Responsibilities:

- Lead outbound sales calls to potential clients and prospects.
- Own the sales process from initial lead identification through final client attainment.
- Track sales leads in Salesforce, and view key sales information on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Generate monthly reports on sales activities and forecast sales goals.
- Make outbound calls, track results, and log call activities in Salesforce.
- Present demos and pitch solutions and follow up after meetings with prospects clients.

Requirements-:
1-Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
2-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3-Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
4-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5-Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
6-Proficient in using Customer relationship management and other sales tools.
7-Prior experience in the industry or knowledge of the products/services is a plus.
8-Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
