Job Title: Sales Associate (0-1 year experience)

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and assist them in finding suitable products/services.
- Helping senior BDEs with their sales closures and building strong customer relationships on behalf of them to encourage repeat business.
- Develop a good understanding of our offerings to address customer queries effectively.
- Suggest additional products/services to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Provide sales reports and stay updated on industry trends.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Must have done graduation degree
- Preferably 0-1 year of sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work well in a team
- Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset
- Ability to persuade and close sales effectively.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
