Role & responsibilities

Only Real estate interested candidate shall call and apply

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:Identifying and nurturing potential clients, understanding their needs, and building strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Property Showings and Presentations:Conducting property showings, open houses, and presenting listings to potential buyers, highlighting their features and benefits.

  • Market Research and Analysis:Staying informed about market trends, property values, and local regulations to advise clients effectively.

  • Marketing and Advertising:Preparing and distributing marketing materials, including online listings, brochures, and social media posts, to promote properties and attract buyers.

  • Utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track client interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records.

  • Documentation and Paperwork:Preparing and managing necessary paperwork, including contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements.

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:The ability to effectively communicate with clients, build rapport, and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills:A proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate Market and Regulations:A comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market, property values, and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in CRM Systems:Experience using CRM software to manage client relationships and track leads.
  • Marketing and Advertising Skills:The ability to create effective marketing materials and promote properties online and offline.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:The ability to identify and resolve issues, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration Skills:The ability to work effectively with other agents, brokers, and professionals.
