Responsibilities

  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging social media content (text, image, video, and multimedia) across platforms.
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize performance across all social media channels.
  • Create and implement effective social media and influencer campaigns aligned with overall brand goals.
  • Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams for campaigns.
  • Assist in influencer collaborations and brand promotions.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations including outreach, negotiation, briefing, and performance tracking.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media tools, trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team (copywriters and designers) as well as the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reports and constructive feedback to optimize campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+, etc.
  • Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for trends and aesthetics.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
