Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our coaching center as a Receptionist cum Coordinator This role requires a professional who can effectively manage front desk responsibilities, coordinate daily operations, and contribute to our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for customer service and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Telecalling and generate leads for new students admission.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Handle student registrations, enrollments, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and organize classes, workshops, and events in different schools and do collaboration with other academic or cultural institutions.
- Maintain and update student records, attendance, and other essential documents.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of schedules, timetables, and announcements.
- coordinate with instructors, students, and parents to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Conduct mock tests.
- Arrange for demo classes.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the coaching center's programs and services.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract and retain students.
- Assist in the design and distribution of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Participate in community outreach and events to build relationships and increase brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass. (preferable of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.)
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector. Freshers may also apply.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Requirements: Flexibility
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Knowledge of the local education market and trends is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies
Timings
- Monday to Friday: 3:30pm to 9:30 pm
- Saturday and Sunday : 9:30 pm to 1pm and 3:30pm to 8:30pm .
- Holiday : 1 day on weekdays.
