About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Staffing Sales Lead/Manager with deep expertise in the Germany staffing and recruitment market. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven track record of building client relationships, and the ability to drive revenue through staffing services. This role requires a strategic mindset to expand business opportunities while leading client engagement and managing key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow staffing business in the Germany region.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with clients across industries.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of candidates.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets through new client acquisition and account expansion.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients in line with company policies.
• Stay updated with German labor laws, staffing regulations, and market trends.
• Provide insights and reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and competitor activities.
• Mentor junior sales/recruitment professionals as needed.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in staffing sales, with at least 5+ years focused on Germany market.
• Strong understanding of Germany staffing industry, labor compliance, and business culture.
• Established client network in Germany across IT, Engineering, Pharma, Manufacturing, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding staffing sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and German (bilingual preferred).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with global teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, or related field (preferred).
Nice to Have:
• Experience in both IT staffing domains.
• Exposure to managing large enterprise accounts.
• Prior leadership experience in managing sales teams.
