About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our training center that specializes in professional courses such as Advanced Excel, Accounting, GST, SAP FICO, and Tally Prime. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overall operations, student admissions, team management, and ensuring high-quality training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the training institute branch.
  • Achieve student admission and revenue targets for all offered courses.
  • Guide and monitor counselors, trainers, and support staff to ensure productivity.
  • Drive marketing and promotional activities (seminars, webinars, tie-ups with colleges & corporates).
  • Ensure proper course delivery standards for technical programs like SAP FICO, Tally Prime, GST, etc.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients for continuous growth.
  • Handle student queries, feedback, and ensure a smooth learning experience.
  • Maintain financial discipline of the branch – fee collections, accounts monitoring, and expense control.

Qualification:

· Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in Accounting & Taxation

· Graduate: B.Com/ M.Com

· Both Female / Male

· Teaching line experience is an added advantage.

· Very good knowledge in Student sourcing.

· Immediate Joiner

· Salary: 30K to 40K

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
