FinBank focuses on customer experience, offering customized financial products and wealth management services to meet various financial conditions and risk tolerances.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Manager at FinBank, located in Coimbatore. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, drive business development, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain customer satisfaction. Tasks will include developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient branch operations. While the role is primarily located in Coimbatore, selective work from home is acceptable.QualificationsStrong leadership, team management, and staff development skillsFinancial acumen including knowledge of banking operations, loan approval, and financial productsAbility to develop and implement sales and business development strategiesCustomer relationship management and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsProficiency with financial software and technology platformsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in banking or financial services is a plus
