We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The role includes managing documentation, handling calls/emails, assisting in billing & dispatch coordination, and maintaining office records with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and dispatch teams for order processing and follow-ups.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and communication with distributors and vendors.
- Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and basic MIS reports.
- Monitor office supplies and support procurement activities.
- Maintain schedules, arrange meetings, and support senior management in routine tasks.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and data handling.
- Organized, punctual, and able to multitask effectively.
