Operations Intern

What You'll Work On

As an Operations Intern, you will support the day-to-day functioning of our clinical and patient-care operations, including:

  • Assisting in onboarding new patients, families, and clinicians
  • Coordinating between dietitians, doctors, and caregivers to ensure smooth care delivery
  • Helping maintain patient records, reports, and dashboards
  • Monitoring care workflows and ensuring they run efficiently
  • Supporting quality checks for AI-generated reports and summaries
  • Documenting internal processes and helping improve them
  • Working with founders on priority operational initiatives

You will learn how real chronic care is delivered — from lab reports and diet plans to care continuity and clinical workflows — in a hands-on, meaningful environment.

Who You Are
