Role & responsibilities :

  • Identify and build relationships with leading ABIs in the region.
  • Conduct product presentations and specification pitches to get products included in upcoming projects.
  • Support ABIs with samples, technical information, and customized solutions.
  • Follow up on leads from ABIs and coordinate with the channel for fulfilment.
  • Identify untapped territories and expand market coverage.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and influencer meets.
  • Gather and share market intelligence on competitor activity and market trends.
  • Maintain detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline, ABI meetings, and dealer visits.
  • Ensure compliance with branding, pricing, and credit policies.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Graduate in any stream; MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the sales domain
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
