Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities :
- Identify and build relationships with leading ABIs in the region.
- Conduct product presentations and specification pitches to get products included in upcoming projects.
- Support ABIs with samples, technical information, and customized solutions.
- Follow up on leads from ABIs and coordinate with the channel for fulfilment.
- Identify untapped territories and expand market coverage.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and influencer meets.
- Gather and share market intelligence on competitor activity and market trends.
- Maintain detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline, ABI meetings, and dealer visits.
- Ensure compliance with branding, pricing, and credit policies.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Graduate in any stream; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the sales domain
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
