We, HASBRO Clothing Pvt Ltd are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Retail Planner for our Retail Team, to manage and oversee data collection, reporting, and analysis of dispatch and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate tracking, monitoring, and performance reporting of daily dispatch operations while supporting continuous improvement through data-driven insights. JOB LOCATION: MADURAVOYAL, CHENNAI.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Stock Planning & ForecastingDevelop the Seasonal merchandise plans aligned with sales targets and brand strategies.

Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast demand accurately. Create option plans and conduct depth analysis to ensure a balanced product mix. Formulate Stock to Sale plans for each season.

Calculate Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgets to manage inventory investments effectively. Manage the buying calendar to ensure timely product availability across all retail channels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product assortments. Monitor inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and minimize markdowns. Implement strategies to manage slow-moving inventory Sales Performance AnalysisBreak down monthly sales targets into specific product categories.

Monitor actual sales against targets and prepare merchandise plan reports. Analyze product performance on a Like-to-Like (Lk2Lk) basis to inform future planning.

Track and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities and challenges. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the management. Adjust buying strategies based on sales data and market feedback.

Analyze sales data to assess product performance and inform future buying decisions. Identify fast-moving and slow-moving items to adjust buying strategies accordingly. Prepare regular reports on sales trends, inventory status, and margin analysis for the management.

Trend AnalysisMonitor new product launches, competitor offerings, and promotional schemes. Conduct competition mapping to identify market opportunities. Identify new designs to be added to the category based on market feedback and performance data.

Provide range architecture for each season, including category-wise option grids and learnings from past seasons.
