Responsible for end to end sales process that would involve receipt of PO in the system from Dealer to billing of vehicles.
- Demand Forecasting:
- Utilize historical sales data and market trends to predict future demand for products or services.
- Estimate the number of goods or services expected to be demanded by customers within a specific period.
- Optimize purchase orders and manufacturing based on demand forecasts.
- Inform supply chain decisions and overall inventory management.
- Resource Utilization:
- Understand the market dynamics, customer preferences, and regional variations across India for allocation and order execution.
- Monitor retail and wholesale performance weekly to meet objectives and support the team.
- Order-to-Delivery Management:
- Facilitate all aspects related to order processing and delivery,
- Maintain close communication with field sales regarding order status, stock availability, and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with dealers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Sales and Demand Planning:
- Implement and maintain an efficient pre-to-post-sale planning process.
- Assist planners in creating creative and innovative proposals for advertisers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales and demand forecasting spreadsheets.
- Sales Analysis, FG Analysis and Reforecasting:
- Continuously analyze sales trends and retailers’ stock and sales plans.
- Adjust sales estimates based on real-time data.
- Conduct frequent inventory checks to assess plant stock levels, identify discrepancies, and track usage patterns
- Maintain a safety stock buffer to handle unexpected fluctuations in demand.
- IT Process Improvement:
- Prepare Business Requirement Specification documents for IT system changes.
- Support IT query resolution related to invoicing.
- Business Growth Support:
- Contribute to new business development opportunities.
- Help drive growth initiatives.
