**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Stock Management**
- Provide inputs to validate the Open To buy (OTB) and stock gap for the season
- Roll-out the initial allocation received from the Central Planners to the Store Operations team and RDC team for necessary action with hit dates
- Track and monitor dispatches as per initial allocation
- Execute and replenish orders through ARS for the RDCs
- Maintain 45 days stock cover across all categories in the stores across the region
- Consolidate stock balance to ensure high productivity with sell through across stores

**Season Launch Allocation**
- Track the movement of stock as per initial allocation to achieve the store’s seasonal target
- Support in the implementation of the planogram from a stock perspective
- Execute replenishments for stores based on stock performance and availability
- Participate and give appropriate inputs for all planning reviews with Central Planners

**Mid Season Monitoring**
- Execute the basics allocation as per the monthly rolling budget
- Highlight the requirements of the non-basics to the Central Planning team in consultation with the Manager
- Consolidate and share the execution percentage of FMS and SMS across the stores in the region
- Provide inputs and suggestions to the Central Planning team to enable them to take appropriate actions (like discounting, promoting etc.) on FMS and SMS
- Undertake market and store visits for customer response, competition mapping and product gap analysis to provide feedback to the Central Planning team
- Participate in weekly reviews with the VM team, Operations team and the manager to track stock status in stores and plan for the coming week accordingly
- Review the broken and healthy stock options with Central Planning and Buying team
- Make adjustments in the auto replenishment template for non-basics on a weekly basis as and when required

**End of Season Consolidation**
- Take necessary actions to pull back the left over stock from the stores to the RDCs as per defined guidelines
- Take necessary actions to send old stock from RDCs to store for EOSS
- Communicate and implement the EOSS discount working to the stores in the region
Perform SWOT analysis for the season for the entire region and share the same
- Provide in-depth product related feedback

Provide competition product analysis

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
