  • Proficiency in lead generation using free and digital tools (LinkedIn, Google, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging prospects and customers.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships across multiple time zones.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with good reporting and MIS knowledge.
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and proactive in handling responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities
:

  • Identify, target, and connect with prospective customers using digital platforms and research tools.
  • Generate qualified leads, follow up via email/phone, and schedule meetings or product demos.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer data and sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support cross-border sales activities and adapt to working across different time zones.
  • Achieve sales targets, contribute to revenue growth, and track performance against defined KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities through MIS and CRM tools.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance processes, customer service quality, and profitability.
