Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in lead generation using free and digital tools (LinkedIn, Google, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging prospects and customers.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships across multiple time zones.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with good reporting and MIS knowledge.
- Quick learner, adaptable, and proactive in handling responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
:
- Identify, target, and connect with prospective customers using digital platforms and research tools.
- Generate qualified leads, follow up via email/phone, and schedule meetings or product demos.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Analyze customer data and sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Support cross-border sales activities and adapt to working across different time zones.
- Achieve sales targets, contribute to revenue growth, and track performance against defined KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities through MIS and CRM tools.
- Contribute ideas to enhance processes, customer service quality, and profitability.
