Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Zvky Design Studio, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, responding to inquiries, and guiding clients through the sales process. Daily tasks include setting and achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering training sessions to clients. The role requires regular collaboration with the sales management team to develop sales strategies and track performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to deliver effective Training sessions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the entertainment or media industry is a plus
