We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support and manage day-to-day tasks efficiently. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to handle tasks such as calendar management, travel bookings, research, email, and document assistance. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with or coordinating with overseas clients, preferably US/UK-based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize calendars, schedules, and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
  • Conduct directed research and prepare summaries, reports, or recommendations.
  • Assist with email management, drafting responses, and handling documents.
  • Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups for scheduled activities.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Coordinate effectively with international/overseas clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as directed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-9 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Prior experience in working with or supporting overseas clients.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong organizational and research skills.

  • Should be willing to work 9 AM 5 PM EST.
